Tarneit River Farm

IC was engaged to undertake a Preliminary Site Investigation for a former farm in Tarneit, VIC. The site is located on the banks of the Werribee River, and formerly included a pumping station to obtain water for irrigation of crops.

IC undertook a comprehensive site investigation and delivered a report to support the planning application for the development of the site for a residential subdivision, and also provided advice for the remediation of the former pumping station, including a remnant above ground fuel storage tank.
